TINY BROKEN PIECES MAKE A CRAFT OF BEAUTY IN PEARL!

The holidays may be over after the first of January, but everyone knows that crafting beauty is a year-long gift that never stops giving!

Lana's Simply Crafts for January is a work of art. It's a mosaic-like vase that's perfect for flowers or as a holder for anything.  "The awesome thing about this vase is instead of glass, it’s made out of broken CDs!" she said. "I love mosaics and this reminded me of just that!"   She gives credit to her secret to all these creative ideas. "Pinterest has been my source of DIY crafts!"

Don't miss out on this opportunity to give your creative side a shot of energy after the holidays.  Hey, maybe you  can even look at it as a great way to relax or decompress after the sometimes exhausting Christmas and New Year holidays!

It's Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 6 p.m. No reservations needed and all materials supplied!

We'll see you there!

WEBSITE LAUNCHING INSTRUCTION AT THE PEARL LIBRARY!

The final part of this cycle of Becky's Website Development, three-part teaching series, is coming up soon on Thurs. Jan. 7 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m at the Pearl Public Library.

The first class was an introduction to website design. The second class viewed - via large TV screen - a model of a website that Becky had designed.

Website Development Basics 3: Website Hosting will focus on getting your new website online!

"This may be the last installment of our beginner HTML website design, but it should be considered the most important class of all," said Becky. "Think about it.  Your website is all set up just waiting to begin amazing work. All that's left is launching it into the world wide web!"

If you have questions about past class coverage, Becky's got that handled too. "No worries," she said. "I'm open to helping with or reviewing previous class material during this last class."

You don't want to miss out! The adult, website development class is free. No reservation is needed. Just come on in.

We'll see you there!
