And, we know that family is very special! Especially this time of year when we really appreciate our family!

Little 8-year-old mischievous Kevin McCallister (played by actor Macaulay Culkin) found this out the hard way in the 1990 Christmas movie Home Alone.

Always in trouble Kevin wishes he had no family. The morning his family left on Christmas vacation to Paris, they accidentally forgot Kevin. So when he woke up to an empty house he was giddy with excitement at being home alone. That didn't last too long.  He had to protect the house from burglars and soon finds out there is nothing like family!

Great holiday movie.

Ben is showing it on the big screen and serving refreshments too for his December Third Thursday Flicks offering. That's Thurs. Dec. 19 at 6 p.m.

It's FREE and a wonderful holiday treat for someone special you might want to bring along!
