It's hard to believe that we are just two months away from 2019 ending. It has been an amazing year at Harrisville Library but the fun is not over yet. We have some fun programs planned before the year comes to a close.

November Programs:

Tween Make & Take 

Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 10:30 a.m.

Calling all kids in grades 5th -8th. Join Mrs. Kathie for a fun holiday painting class. 

We will be painting a turkey on a canvas. Supplies are free but limited. 

Please RSVP the library by October 31, to reserve your spot. 

Movies in the Morning

Join us for our presentation of the 2019 Walt Disney Pictures, 

Aladdin.

This story of a lovable street urchin, a beautiful princess and a wise-cracking genie.

Trim the Tree

Monday, December 2, 2019 at 4:30 p.m.

Mrs. Kathie needs your help. Stop by the library to help Mrs. Kathie decorate the library tree. 

We will be making the ornaments for the tree. 

You will pick up your ornaments when you come back for a visit with Santa.

Visit with Santa

Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.

Santa Claus is coming to town. He's making a list and checking it twice. 

Be sure to bring the kids to visit Santa before he heads back to the North Pole.

Harrisville Happenings

Harrisville has some big plans for the month of October. 

To celebrate October being Teen Read / Tech Month
we will be exploring electrical engineering with Snap Circuits.
Snap Circuits are a system of modules that magnetically
snap together to complete an electrical circuit.
We have 3 different kits to explore.

Harrisville's Candy Lane

Saturday, October 26, 2019 @ 6:30 p.m.

Join the Friends of the Harrisville Library for their annual

Candy Lane at the Harrisville Volunteer Fire Department.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Every child will receive a punch card at the door.

Concessions will be available for purchase by the Friends.
