November Happenings at the Rez


Fall Greetings!


Fall is officially here! The librarians at the Northwest Point Reservoir Library are excited that the cooler months of fall are finally here along with cooler weather, bonfires, and quiet evenings spent in front of the fire place cuddling up to read a good book.  We have so many fun and exciting events planned at the library for all of our patron from scary haunted ghost stories to fun trivia nights!

Picture Book Month

Come by the library Thursday,  November 14th from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for a special Picture Book Month Story Time! We will read some of the most poplar picture books of the 21st century and have a silly song and craft time.



International Games Week
Let the games begin! Come by the library during the week of November 4th through the 8th for  International Games Week to participate in any one of the many table top that will be placed around the library for your enjoyment! We will have some of the newest games as well as some beloved classics!

Ladies Under the Hood

Join us Tuesday, November 12th at 11:00 a.m. for a special visit from Allison Walker AKA the Lady Auto Mechanic host of Auto Correct on MPB. Allison will be returning to the Northwest Point Reservoir Library to educate us on how to get our cars ready for the South Mississippi Winter.




Mugshots Trivia 



Are you a Trivia Master looking for their next exciting game? Are you new to trivia and looking to get more involved? Come to Mugshots in Flowood Tuesday, November 19th from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for another exciting game of Family Trivia! All experience levels are welcome! We will see you there!



Loose Knit Group

Are you a master knitter who is looking to pass on your knowledge to a new generation of knitters? Are you a beginner who is looking to learn from master knitters? Come by the Northwest Point Reservoir library every Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  All experience levels are welcome as we work on our own projects.
